Being self-made is not everyone’s cup of tea. Well, the founder of Hyderabadi Chai Adda Mr. Sardhar Aka Abhinav has made it look so easy. An all-rounder of all sorts, This Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Actor/Producer believed in making his own destiny and has inspired many.
As an alumnus of Sainik School Korukonda, fitness and discipline come naturally to Sardhar. His strong educational foundation from NIT Warangal and MBA from NIT Trichy has helped him soar high like an eagle. He was associated with top corporates such as Kingfisher, Coca Cola, & Tata Indicom and played a pivotal role in building their corporate brand image. Being a fitness enthusiast, his devotion to healthy food made him quit his well-paid corporate job and pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. Well, the silhouette of his dreams is now famously called ‘Hyderabadi Chai Adda’.
Sardhar’s profound interest in Brand Building made him explore the true spirit of entrepreneurship. He was the first to launch Chai as a corporate brand and it took almost a year to get the desired results and make it a scalable product. To fulfil the dream of serving ‘Traditional Chai’ to the cosmopolitans, the promoters quit their handsome corporate jobs to establish Team Fouress Foods (now Team Unity Foods) in 2015. The journey began since then and the first lounge was set up in Madhapur in Jan 2016.
EVOLUTION OF HYDERABAD AND CHAI
The oh-so happening! cafe culture has been introduced by a group of Zoroastrian Irani Immigrants, who entered the Princely state of Hyderabad looking for better economic prospects. The divine taste of this beverage with many health benefits instantly won the hearts of Hyderabadis. Soon, every corner, where Irani Chai is served has been evolved into institutions and became popularly known as Irani Cafes, since kick-starting the cafe culture in the city. Though the taste and aroma of Chai are appetizing.
The Irani Cafes around the city couldn't attract people from the working-class, mainly women from every sector. Rugged neighborhoods, unhygienic conditions formed the major reasons for the same. And this has been the major induction behind the establishment of Hyderabadi Chai Adda. Brewing our very own 'Traditional Chai' in healthy and hygienic conditions, ensuring peaceful surroundings, welcomes everyone, and ensures an unblemished experience.

Impressed by the concept, the management of T-hub (biggest incubation center) has partnered with us for their beverages requirement. Team Unity Foods has a long-term plan of expanding our business pan India and globally. In this direction, we are exploring the option of a franchise business model for increasing the number of our outlets.
Hyderabadi Chai Adda has played a pivotal role in globalizing our very own Irani Chai and has successfully positioned itself as a corporate brand in the last 6 years. Launched by the Former IT Minister of Telangana Mr. KTR, the first cup of chai has been served to his highness Late Shri Ratan Tata in T-HUB.HCA, ever since then has been frequented by many celebrities, and equally stormed by authentic chai lovers to experience the wide variety of Tea beverages. HCA has witnessed many never-ending chats over one cup Chais, brainstorming sessions, and successful discussions turning into wonderful stories that eventually took shape of successful ventures, feature films and many more. It is believed that one can be a celebrity upon stepping into HCA. Thus proving it is "Hyderabad Celebrity Adda".
